TeleHub is a media player app for Android TV, Fire TV, Android, and iOS. This policy explains what information the app collects and how we handle it. In short: the app plays content from a provider you choose and sign in to — we do not provide content and we do not track what you watch.
TeleHub is a player, not a content provider
- TeleHub does not include, host, sell, or promote any channels, movies, or streams.
- All content comes directly from the OTT provider you sign in with. Your relationship with that provider — including their handling of your account and viewing data — is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
- TeleHub's developers are independent and not affiliated with any content provider or service.
Your provider account and credentials
The portal address and account credentials you enter are stored locally on your device and are sent only to your chosen provider to sign you in. We never receive, store, or have access to your provider credentials.
What we collect
- Device information — device model, operating system version, and app version, used to keep the app working correctly on your device.
- Usage statistics — anonymous counts such as app launches and playback errors, used to find and fix problems.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, or location.
- We do not track which channels, movies, or shows you watch.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Updates
On TV devices, the app periodically checks our servers for a newer version. This request includes only the app version and device type needed to serve the right update.
Data retention
Anonymous usage statistics are kept only as long as needed for troubleshooting and are not linked to you personally.
Children
TeleHub is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
